As a Recruitment & Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, values driven recruitment experience for candidates, managers, schools, and external partners. You will be the goto expert for all things recruitment from advertising by attracting the best candidate from creating social media posts to obtaining appropriate onboarding and safeguarding checks.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering an end-to-end recruitment service that is fair, inclusive, and aligned to our values

  • Advising managers on recruitment, safeguarding, and pre-employment checks

  • Producing accurate employment contracts and ensuring compliance with legislation

  • Supporting managers to use our online recruitment system effectively

  • Responding to queries across phone, email, facetoface and virtual channels

  • Be responsible for managing your own caseload, keeping to strict deadlines.

What we are looking for

  • Experience working in a fast paced recruitment or HR environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach

  • Identify areas of improvements and embrace new ways of working

  • Have knowledge of UK Right to Work and eligibility checks

  • Understanding of safeguarding practices and DBS processes

  • Experience using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
