At Salford Family Nurseries we have 5 fantastic settings which are based at Barton Moss, Belvedere, Little Hulton, Higher Broughton and Winton.

About the Role The role of Deputy Nursery Manager is a critical part of the leadership team within Salford family nurseries. The role requires a experienced Ea who can:
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate Early Educators
- Ensure the highest standards of care and education for all children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
- Provide exceptional support for children with SEND, working closely with families and external professionals
- Ability to act as Nursery SENCO
About you You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a passion for early years education, who has:
- A full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- A minimum 2 years post qualifying experience of working in early years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the Early years Foundation Stage
- A commitment to safeguarding, supporting children with SEND and promoting inclusive practice
