You’ll lead our recruitment operations, creating seamless, peoplecentred processes that attract and retain diverse talent. From improving systems to shaping our employer brand, you’ll champion excellence, inclusion, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.

About you

You’re a collaborative, datasavvy leader with experience in endtoend recruitment operations. You bring curiosity, integrity, strong stakeholder skills, and a commitment to inclusive, highquality, servicedriven hiring.

We would happily consider candidates on a secondment basis from other Local Government employers or those covered by the Greater Manchester Continuity of Service protocols. Please note that authorisation of secondments remains at the discretion of your current employer.
