About The Role

This an exciting opportunity to join Runnymede Borough Council as a Waste Collection Loader as we continue our positive work in the community keeping our streets clean. As the Waste Collection Loader, you will: 

  • Part of the waste collection crew undertaking household and business waste collections
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Follow all round sheets/in cab data with particular attention to assisted collections
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Work in a safe and compliant manner including wearing full PPE provided
  • Clear waste presented leaving the area clean and tide.
  • Return containers to point of presentation making sure they do not cause an obstruction
  • Clear any waste spilled during collections keeping the area clean and free from waste
