As the Digital Services Analyst, you will be:
- Providing frontline support for Microsoft 365 and core digital platforms
- Supporting CRM, CMS and electronic document management processes
- Assisting with low‑code automation and simple workflow solutions
- Carrying out data quality checks and supporting information governance
- Creating clear user guides, documentation and training materials
- Supporting digital projects through task tracking, reporting and testing
- Helping colleagues resolve technical issues and build confidence using digital tools
Digital Services Analyst is a hands‑on digital support and delivery role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in keeping our digital platforms running smoothly, while also supporting ongoing improvement and transformation work. Providing day‑to‑day support across Microsoft 365 applications (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook), assist with low‑code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps, and help maintain reliable, user‑friendly digital services. Working closely with colleagues across the Council, you’ll support CRM and CMS processes, carry out data quality checks, maintain documentation, triage digital requests, and contribute to digital projects and service improvements.
