Are you an organised, welcoming and proactive administrator who wants to make a real difference for children, young people and families in Rochdale?

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Administrators to support the delivery of services within our Family Hubs in Rochdale North and Rochdale South. These are important front-line administrative roles, helping to ensure our hubs run smoothly and that families, partners and professionals receive a high-quality, responsive service.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, friendly and committed neighbourhood team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, organising information, and helping colleagues to deliver effective support to children and families.

We are looking for someone who is confident using IT systems, has excellent attention to detail and can manage competing priorities in a calm and organised way. You will need strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with families, colleagues and partner agencies.

The successful candidate will be reliable, flexible and committed to providing a quality service. You will understand the importance of confidentiality, accuracy and inclusive practice, and you will be able to work well as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
