Practice & Improvement Lead: Families First Partnership Programme

Rochdale Borough Safeguarding Children Partnership require a Practice Improvement Lead to help successfully implement the Families First Partnership Programme. Multi-agency safeguarding partners will need to work alongside one another to support and safeguard children and their families in their local communities.


A Practice Improvement Lead will develop and deliver a multi-agency workforce development plan. That plan will bring teams together and equip staff with the knowledge and skills they need to work with families via a relational practice model as part of the new Family Help Service and Multi-Agency Child Protection Team developed under the Families First Programme.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering successful training and development programmes that have improved staff confidence and knowledge, equipped them with the skills required to meet the demands of the job and improve service delivery.


As this is a temporary role, candidates are expected to ‘hit the ground running’ and be able to deliver high-quality work at a fast pace.
