Here in Governance and Business Support (GBS), we are the ‘engine room’ of Adult Care and play an essential role in making sure the department runs and operates effectively and efficiently at all times. Our Care Enablers are essential to Adult Care service delivery and play a key role in making our residents receive advice, guidance and support to enable them to receive the care and support they need and achieve their outcomes.

What we’re looking for?

- You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
- You will be motivated and forward thinking, who can demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm
- You will be a team player
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a passion to help service users achieve their outcomes
- You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You will have a real attention for detail and be able to maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.
Some travel across the Rochdale borough may be required, as per the needs of the service.
