Fixed-Term Contract until March 2027 (subject to funding)

Hours: 21 Hours per week, term time

Our successful East London Careers Hub has over 222 secondary schools including special schools, PRUS and colleges, and over 170 employers supporting careers provision.  We need to recruit to various Enterprise Coordinator positions who will work across the Local London region. 

We are looking for self-starters who have experience of working in or with schools and colleges and employers and are passionate about helping young people to receive good Careers Education.  The role requires you to work with Careers Leaders to improve their careers programmes for young people, while also linking careers provision to employers and future careers. This rewarding and varied role will enable you to work strategically and collaboratively with Senior Leaders in Schools & Colleges, and with business volunteers as part of a Careers Hub team, which is funded by the Mayor of London and the Careers and Enterprise Company.

You will need excellent people skills and the ability to manage your own caseload and projects. This role is a unique opportunity that offers great professional development and ongoing training that will enable you to enhance your skills, knowledge, and networks.  

We operate a hybrid working model, with a combination of in person and virtual meetings. You will be expected to travel when needed across our 9 Boroughs.
