We are looking for an inspiring and well-connected Community and Partnerships Manager to lead the development, coordination and growth of strategic partnerships that enhance leisure, culture and community opportunities across the borough. This is a key role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with community organisations, service providers, education settings, health partners and regional bodies to expand participation, attract external investment and support innovative approaches to service delivery. Working across parks, open spaces, libraries, museums, theatre, sports development programmes, cultural events and venues, you will help strengthen and grow a vibrant, inclusive offer for residents of all ages and backgrounds.

As Community and Partnerships Manager, you will play a central role in enabling collaborative delivery models, promoting place-based working and ensuring partnerships contribute to the Council’s priorities around health improvement, inclusion, participation and economic growth. You will identify new opportunities for funding, partnership development and community engagement, using your strong stakeholder management, influencing and project delivery skills to achieve positive outcomes.
