We are seeking an ASB Specialist to provide specialist advice and support to Neighbourhood Officers and Team Leaders within the housing service on complex cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB). The ASB Specialist will offer specialist guidance on best practice for handling ASB cases, interpreting relevant legislation and regulations, and ensuring compliance with LBR housing and safeguarding policies. The ASB Specialist may support in the management of particularly high-risk cases, including engagement with external agencies, as appropriate. The role will also involve monitoring of the ASB cases to ensure the handling of cases is thorough and customer focused with an emphasis on ensuring tenancy satisfaction on ASB continuously improves. You will be key to trust and making sure that residents receive a great service. You will drive regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction while ensuring vulnerable residents receive targeted and effective support.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ASB management, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to navigate competing demands. You will build positive relationships at all levels, and maintain a calm and solutions‑focused approach. With a commitment to collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement, you will help embed modern, efficient working practices and play an important role in enabling the Housing Management Team deliver ASB services. Flexibility to adapt at pace and support occasional out‑of‑hours commitments will be essential.
