Permanent - Full time

Location:  Ray Lodge office, 91 Ray Lodge Road, Woodford Green, IG8 7PG

The Redbridge SEND Therapy team are successfully delivering support to children in Redbridge with EHCPS. We are looking to appoint experienced therapists to join our expanding team.

Redbridge Education, Access and Inclusion Services have exceptional specialist support services delivering to a wide range of schools and education settings.

We expanded this central service in September 2021 to include a dedicated school focused Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy service and is seeking team members to expand the team to create an innovative, and sustainable service for the most vulnerable children and young people.

This well supported role, equivalent to a band 6 on the NHS Agenda for Pay grading, will provide clinical and managerial leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers Therapists in the delivery of excellent service experience for those who live and work with children and young people with special or additional needs.

In addition to your substantive role, you will work with MDT colleagues to further develop services and pathways, keeping the team at the forefront of the latest developments and advancements in therapies provision.
