The Governing Board of Bare Trees Primary School is delighted to offer the opportunity for 2 passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team within our vibrant and inclusive school community. We welcome ECTs to apply for these roles.These roles may be across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 depending on the experience of the chosen candidates. These are fixed term positions to 31st August 2027.

• are excellent classroom practitioners with proven experience of teaching across all key stages;

• work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing positively to whole-school development;
• have a commitment and drive to improve outcomes for all pupils including those who are disadvantaged;
• have up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies, and can confidently deliver adaptive teaching for a wide range of needs;
• bring experience of supporting EAL learners and ensuring every child can access the curriculum successfully;
• are committed to their own professional development;
• are eager to contribute to the wider life of the school and model the values of Bare Trees Primary School.

To allow the Headteacher to assess your suitability for the post, you will be asked to take part in the following:

A lesson observation. Time and date to be confirmed;

A suitable task to be confirmed prior to the interview;

An interview with the Senior Leadership Team.

Bare Trees Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; pre-employment checks will be carried out, references will be sought and successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and other relevant checks with statutory bodies.
