Are you passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities? If so, we have exciting opportunities within our Learning Disability Day Service.

Our service supports a diverse group of residents, including people with learning disabilities, young adults who display highly challenging behaviours (using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach), and individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). Support is delivered in line with each person’s assessed needs and individual support plans, which may include 2:1, 1:1, or shared support arrangements.

We provide a wide range of community-based and building-based activities designed to promote health, wellbeing, skill development, independence, and the achievement of personal outcomes. All support is delivered using a strength-based, person-centred approach.

We are seeking highly motivated, hardworking, and compassionate individuals to join our team. In this role, you will support residents to develop skills and confidence, both within the service and in the wider community. Activities include cycling, swimming, music groups, yoga, as well as visits to museums and other local and wider community facilities.
