This is a varied role with opportunities to work across different parts of the service including block-based caretaking, mobile caretaking, environmental improvement work and low-rise block inspections.
While each caretaker will have a primary focus, all post holders will be expected to work flexibly across the service and undertake duties within each area as required to meet operational priorities.

This is an opportunity to join a new team that will play an important role in improving the appearance, safety and management of communal housing areas across the city.
