Background
At Newcastle City Council, we are committed to delivering high-quality housing services that support residents to live well in safe, secure and sustainable homes. We are continuing to transform our housing services to meet changing demands, strengthen neighbourhoods and ensure excellent outcomes for tenants, communities and the city as a whole.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team and lead the delivery of critical frontline housing services. We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about improving services, supporting communities and driving excellence.

The Role
The Lead Manager for Tenancy Services is a full-time office-based role.  In this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad range of housing functions, including tenancy and estate management, income collection, allocations, voids, tenancy enforcement and tenancy sustainment support.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing Services, you will lead high-performing teams and play a key role in shaping the future direction of housing management services across the city.
