An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader position at Byker Lodge Resource Centre on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. As a Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operation of the service, providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff while ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.

- You will Lead and support staff during shifts.
- Promote person-centred care and positive outcomes.
- Support medication management and care planning processes.
- Assist with staff supervisions, appraisals, inductions, and competency assessments.
- Act as a role model for values-based practice.
- Support compliance with CQC standards, council policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with families, health professionals, and partner agencies.
