This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs and Libraries within our City Operations, Transport & Neighbourhoods Directorate. You will be responsible for providing a frontline service to customers and partners in our libraries across the city.
You should have experience working in a customer-focused environment and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Duties include driving and deliveries, patrolling and securing buildings, premises maintenance, and assisting and directing members of the public. A good level of physical fitness is required, and a clean Category B driving licence is essential.
This is a permanent post, working 23 hours and 53 minutes per week.
You will be required to work flexibly across all our sites, including one evening per week until 7pm and alternate Saturdays.
