Four vacancies have arisen for General Construction Operatives to work within Repairs & Voids. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are capable of working alone as well as part of a multi skilled team.

Please note that you must hold a valid driving licence.

You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle in accordance with FTA and undertaking a range of labouring tasks including delivering materials, clearing and cleaning properties, reinstating gardens to their original state and waste collections.

Reporting to a Repairs & Voids Manager within Voids or R&M Sections you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes, including minor refurbishments, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
