As the Lead Repiars and Construction Manager for an area of our Repairs & Maintenance service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do. You will lead a dedicated team in driving positive change, ensuring homes are safe, healthy, and maintained to the highest standards, while meeting the requirements of Awaab's Law and other key regulatory obligations.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence and improve outcomes for residents by developing a proactive, responsive, and customer-focused service. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, while setting clear strategic objectives that support continuous improvement and deliver measurable benefits for residents and communities.
Working collaboratively across the Council, you will contribute to our ambition of providing high-quality, consistent, and value-for-money services. Through strong leadership, effective business planning, performance management, and sound financial oversight, you will help drive innovation and service excellence while ensuring resources are used to deliver the greatest impact.
