About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Signals / Intelligent Transport Systems professional to lead our Urban Traffic Management and Control (UTMC) team within the Transport Division which acts on behalf of the local highway authorities which form part of the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority.
You will be the Council’s lead on UTMC Strategy and policy
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the highway network through the management of UTMC systems, traffic signal assets, and associated infrastructure.
