Your Role
We are excited to offer the position of MCR Pathways Programme Coordinator at Callerton Academy, working in partnership with our charity partner, MCR Pathways.
At Callerton Academy, we are committed to ensuring that every young person can fulfil their potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through our partnership with MCR Pathways, an award-winning charity dedicated to helping the country's most vulnerable young people be defined by their talent and never their circumstances, we deliver a mentoring programme that has a profound impact on the confidence, wellbeing and post-school progression of our young people.
As part of this programme, the MCR Pathways Programme Coordinator works closely with staff, young people, mentors and external stakeholders to facilitate and deliver the mentoring programme within the Academy. The successful candidate will become an integral member of our school community, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver this highly impactful programme to our young people.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience of working with young people.
- Awareness and understanding of the principles of safeguarding and child protection duties.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Role model for motivation, commitment & resilience.
- Ability to display an understanding of social/welfare issues as they affect children, families and schools.
- Ability to present programme information & deliver prepared training sessions to groups.
