Byker Lodge Resource Centre is looking to recruit a caring, committed and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Officer to join our dedicated team.
You'll support adults with dementia and complex care needs, delivering person-centred care, promoting wellbeing and independence, and helping residents live fulfilling lives in a safe and supportive environment.
The role includes providing personal care, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
You will be joining a supportive team committed to delivering excellent care and making a positive difference to residents' lives every day.
