We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration and HR Assistant to support the effective delivery of human resources services across our academy. This is a key role, working closely with the Academy Business Manager, leadership team and staff to ensure a smooth, professional and compliant HR function.
 
The successful candidate will join a dedicated, experienced, and supportive team. The role will primarily focus on providing an effective and efficient Human Resources service, alongside supporting the wider administrative functions of the school as required.
 
We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisational and administrative skills, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times, and will be confident in managing multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
 
St Benet Biscop is a popular and oversubscribed school which is highly regarded within the community and we offer a high-quality education in a Catholic / Christian environment. St Benet Biscop is part of the Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust, a large trust consisting of 39 schools. The school has good public transport links into Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding local area.
