Fixed Term Contract for one year

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Assistant Level 3 who is wanting to make a difference to the lives of our children. We are a very welcoming and nurturing school and want the best for every child.

In this role, you will support all children, including those with additional needs, to engage with learning, overcome challenges and achieve their personal best. Working closely with staff members, you’ll provide tailored support, nurture positive relationships and help create a classroom environment where every child feels valued, understood and inspired.

As part of our wonderful and supportive staff team, you will:
  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to build pupils’ confidence and independence
  • Develop positive, trusting relationships that nurture personal, social and emotional growth
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and adapt activities to meet individual needs
  • Help create a welcoming, structured and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies to ensure every pupil remains safe and supported
