We are now looking to appoint motivated Assistant Surveyors to join our multi-disciplinary Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or APC-level candidate seeking broad, high-quality experience across the full range of commercial property disciplines within a supportive public-sector environment.

- Acquisitions and disposals
- Valuation and agency instructions
- Commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement
- Projects and developments including joint ventures within the City
About You:
This role is ideal for
- Graduates with a RICS-accredited qualification (Commercial Real Estate, Planning & Development, or Valuation) and a commitment to work towards achieving RICS membership
- Final-year students approaching completion of a RICS-accredited course
- APC candidates looking for structured support and diverse experience in a multidisciplinary environment
