This is a fixed term post for up to 12 months.

The Role:
 
You will be delivering a customer focused housing needs assessment service which is effective, efficient, highly professional and meets the needs of the customers we serve. 

A key focus of the role will be undertaking Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments to identify individual customer support needs and implement appropriate actions to mitigate and reduce fire safety risks.

You will be responsible for assessing existing and new customer's housing needs based on physical, mental, emotional, or social situations/conditions that means they would require a specific property type, location or adaptation to enable them to live safely in their home.
  
Working closely with colleagues and partners across the City, you will help create neighbourhoods where our customers are proud to call home.
 
The Person:

You will have a real appreciation and understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like, you will live and breathe our values (Proud, Fair and Ambitious) on a day-to-day basis, with a passion for supporting customers and improving neighborhoods.  
 
Although, we would like you to have some knowledge and experience of social housing, what is more important is your drive and enthusiasm to support customers and for working collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the City.
