We are seeking a science teacher to join our team of experienced practitioners. The science team at Studio West is small yet mighty! The team has four teachers and a Science Technician to support the team with their practical requests. The department is led by the Head of Faculty and supported by the Trust Director.
All science teachers at Studio West are expected to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3 and KS4. We have recently implemented changes to our curriculum, which we are continuing to develop over time. The ideal candidate for this post will have a keen interest in working as a team to develop our curriculum for the benefit of our pupils.

- Has qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching at secondary level.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to raising standards.
- Builds positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Is dedicated, organised, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- The ability to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and take appropriate action when required,’ instilling high expectations in all our students.
