Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire a love for learning in pupils, and has a track record of outstanding teaching
Lead a subject across the whole school, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners and aligns with school objectives
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

You will be based at Milecastle Primary School. At the request of the ONE Trust, you may be required to conduct your duties elsewhere to facilitate learning or social activities off the school premises.
