Due to the promotion of the previous postholder, the Governors of Archbishop Runcie Church of England VA First School wish to appoint a part time, permanent Admin Assistant.
We are a welcoming Church of England school with happy, well behaved and highly motivated children and a dynamic, passionate and hardworking staff team. We have high expectations of ourselves and the children. Parents are highly supportive of the school. As a Church of England school, the unconditional welcome we offer to all is lived by all our staff but the welcome and hospitality offered by our Admin staff is of paramount importance.
This post is suitable for an experienced Admin Assistant or someone new to the role. We are looking for an ambitious and meticulous team member who will go the extra mile for the benefit of the school community. The successful candidate will work as part of the Admin Team and deal with a wide variety of tasks. The appointed person will benefit from the support of the School Business Manager.
The successful candidate will set high standards for themselves, the school and others. They will be experienced at multitasking, face to face and written communication as well as being skilled at managing systems and be skilled at prioritising tasks. They will have a positive outlook and will be excited at the prospect of being a driver for change.
