Are you passionate about helping others live independently and improve their quality of life? We’re looking for caring, committed individuals to join our team.

We’re currently recruiting for:
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Part-time (25 hours per week)

Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role in our service, you will support people in their own homes, helping them stay independent, healthy, and connected to their community. You’ll work closely with individuals to promote independence, health & wellbeing and personal choice

It’s a great time to join our team as we continue to develop and enhance our service to act earlier, keep people at home and delay the need for formal care and support. We are a forward-thinking team using new digital tools to improve the care we can provide.

Once you join our team, we will support you through a 3-month comprehensive induction and training program, learning all aspects of the role alongside our experienced colleagues.

We support our staff to progress and to achieve their professional development goals through training and shadowing opportunities.

Salary example:
25 hours per week gross basic monthly starting salary £1486.65 plus enhancements for weekend and evening working.

37 hours per week gross basic monthly starting salary £2200.25 plus enhancements for weekend and evening working.

We welcome applications from both drivers and non-drivers. To support your workday, we reimburse mileage and travel expenses, and appropriate travel time is included as part of your working hours.

Being able to work shifts, weekends and split shifts on a rota basis is essential. You can find more information on the shift pattern within the ‘Supporting Documents’.
