The working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 30 hours. This is a 10 month fixed term contact (maternity leave.)

The Role: Safe Living Officer (anti-social behaviour)

Location: Our head office is based in Gosforth, NE7 7LX; it is expected that this role will work as per our Agile Working Policy with a combination of work from the community, office and home working (working arrangement to be decided with the appointed candidate).

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to support us in our achieving our Vision of being First for Housing. Your role will be day to day delivery of our Safe Living Service, embedding our customer centred approach to managing Anti Social Behaviour on our estates and enabling our communities to influence lasting change in their neighbourhoods through a consistent culture of consideration. You’ll work alongside a team of Safe Living Officers and be supported by Safe Living Assistants and report to the Safe Living Manager who will ensure you are well equipped, supported and informed to deliver amazing Safe Living services.

You’ll need to be someone who thrives on supporting customers and have an interest in tackling anti-social behaviour. A keen problem solver you will need to take a hands on approach to resolve issues quickly, and work with others from across our communities to tackle long standing problem issues across the city. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful positive change within our communities that will ensure we have neighbourhoods to be proud of. It will be a busy yet extremely rewarding role.
