We are looking for dedicated and proactive Housing Officers to join our team in a full-time permanent role. This is a rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our tenants and the communities we serve.

As a Housing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management services. You will be responsible for managing a patch of properties, supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, and taking appropriate action on tenancy issues including low-level anti-social behaviour and property condition. You will also carry out property inspections, manage allocations and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to provide a joined-up, customer-focused service.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a caseload of tenancies across a designated patch
• Carrying out property visits and tenancy reviews
• Responding to tenancy breaches
• Supporting new tenants through the sign-up and settling-in process
• Liaising with contractors and other service providers to maintain safe and secure homes

About you:
You will have experience in a housing or community-based role. You’ll be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
