The Role: Housing Assistant
You will be delivering a customer focussed housing management service which is effective, efficient, highly professional and meets the needs of the customers we serve. You will be responsible for delivering front line customer services to our tenants and stakeholders. Providing administrative support to officers in the Housing Access Team and working collaboratively with partners, colleagues, and repairs teams to secure access to customers’ homes, ensuring essential repairs and maintenance are completed.
The Person:
You will have a real appreciation and understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like, you will live and breathe our values (Proud, Fair and Ambitious) and display our CARE behaviours (Communication, Accountability, Respect, Empathy) on a day-to-day basis. You should have a passion for supporting customers and improving neighbourhoods.
Although, we would like you to have some knowledge and experience of social housing, what is more important is your drive and enthusiasm to support customers.
