Newcastle City Council is looking for a part-time Housing Partnership Officer (fixed term for 12 months, maternity cover) to play a key role in shaping the future of housing across our city.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that works at the heart of our strategic housing partnerships. You will help us manage and strengthen the relationships and contracts that support high-quality housing and services for our residents.
With over 24,000 council homes, we are ambitious about ensuring they are safe, modern, and meet the needs of our tenants—now and in the future. That means working collaboratively with Registered Providers and commissioned services to make sure their work reflects our values, delivers on citywide priorities, and meets national standards.

- Coordinate key partnerships to maintain regulatory compliance

- Support the wider work of the Housing and Communities Directorate, including improving business processes and contributing to project management activity and reporting on regulatory outcomes
