Assistant Team Manager - Locality Team 1 and Sensory Impairment team (Adult Social Care) and Locality Team 2 (Adult Social Care)

We have two exciting opportunities available for a highly motivated person for the permanent role of Assistant Team Manager.

Our ideal candidate

Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker who is looking for a new challenge?

 Some of the key responsibilities include (please see Job Description for full details):

-The day to day running of care management activities under the advice and guidance of the Team Manager.

 -To deputise in the absence of the Team Manager.

 -To fulfil the role of duty manager on a rota basis

 -To carry out the duties of a qualified social worker and have a small but complex caseload.

 -To supervise a few team members including Qualified Social Workers and Social Work Assistants
