Join us as a Housing Officer where you will manage a varied caseload, resolve tenancy and ASB issues, and build strong relationships with residents and partners. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality housing management services, ensuring homes and communities are safe, well‑managed and supported.

What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and well organised, able to confidently manage a busy and varied caseload. You’ll be skilled in resolving tenancy and ASB issues, building strong relationships with residents, and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. You’ll also take pride in keeping accurate records, tracking case progress, and working collaboratively with partners to help create safe, well-managed communities
Location
The job is primarily based various parts of Lewisham borough but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to attend occasional meetings outside normal working hours
- The job is subject to a DBS check
- There are 2 fixed term positions available
- 1x 12-month maternity cover
- 1x 13-month contract

Salary
£40,404 - £41,637 per annum (SO1)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
