What’s the role?
As Senior ASB Officer reporting to the ASB Manager, you will be part of a team managing high risk and complex ASB and hate incident cases involving council tenants and impacting our local communities. You will manage your own caseload as well as providing advice and guidance to colleagues. You will also lead the team in utilising our powers under the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and work with the ASB Manager to ensure excellent service delivery.

What we’re looking for
You will have experience of partnership working in addressing ASB and managing and overseeing cases from initial reports through to successful case closure, including making applications to court.
You will be flexible and innovative and able to offer and embrace new approaches to problem solving.
You will have a good understanding of the issues and challenges facing a social housing provider regarding ASB, be resilient under pressure and able to respond effectively when faced with conflicting demands.
You will have excellent communication skills and a desire to keep our diverse communities safe from harm.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London,SE6 4RU, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

- Attending evening or weekend meetings as necessary is required for this job

Salary
£44,235-£45,852 per annum (PO1)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
