What’s the role?
As a Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for the on‑site supervision of trade operatives delivering repairs across voids, responsive repairs, damp and mould, and roofing workstreams. You will manage daily workloads, often juggle multiple jobs and priorities, while maintaining strong control over quality, productivity and performance. A key part of the role is embedding a positive safety culture, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times and challenging poor practice where necessary. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical knowledge, the ability to make sound decisions on site, and a clear focus on delivering a high‑quality, right‑first‑time repairs service for residents.
