Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Teacher who holds a Level 7 qualification in Teaching and Assessing Learners with Dyslexia-Specific Learning Difficulties to work with an enthusiastic and dynamic team of specialist teachers
What’s the role?
You will work in primary schools and in secondary schools. You will support schools in meeting the needs of pupils with literacy difficulties. This will involve writing diagnostic reports for dyslexia and training to support schools. You will need to be able to support schools in developing inclusive approaches.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) alongside a level 7 qualification in Teaching and Assessing Learners with Dyslexia. They will have a current Advanced Practising Certificate (APC), experience in conducting dyslexia assessments and producing high‑quality diagnostic reports. A clear commitment to inclusive education, alongside a proactive approach ongoing professional development, is essential
Location
The Kaleidoscope Centre, Rushey Green, Catford and in schools across Lewisham.

Salary
MPS/UPS Qualified Teachers’ Pay Scale, Inner London, plus TLR 2 minimum £3527 and SEN Allowance maximum £5,497.
