Purpose of the Role
- As a Rainbow Room Lead, you will oversee the daily operation, organisation and delivery of personalised and targeted support within one of the school’s SEND provision rooms.
- The post-holder will ensure that pupils with additional needs receive high‑quality, personalised interventions that promote regulation, engagement, communication and progress. The role requires strong leadership, excellent inter-personal skills, creative problem solving, initiative, and commitment to inclusive practice.
