Our diversity is our strength, with more than 130 languages spoken, making Lambeth the home of the Windrush generation, London's largest LGBTQ+ community, and a thriving Portuguese-speaking community.

It is an exciting time to join Lambeth Council, we have bold ambitions for the future of Lambeth’s communities and residents through our Lambeth 2030 Plan ‘Our Future, Our Lambeth.

With exceptional schools, lush green spaces including Brockwell Park, cultural gems like the Black Cultural Archives, and world-renowned institutions such as St Thomas's Hospital, Lambeth offers an enriching and dynamic environment.

About the Team:

The role sits in the Transformation, Improvement and Performance Team, with a wide variety of roles, supporting improvement across Children, Families and Education. Performance colleagues are strong data analysts, using SQL to draw data from a number of sources and presenting this to non-specialists audiences via a data visualisation tool. This provides a community of practice for excellence in data analysis and review.

About the Role:

This role will support colleagues in the SEND team to better understand the data we have for children who have an Education Health and Care Plan, or children who have additional support in school for their SEND needs. The data is currently in many different formats and systems and needs to be brought together to ensure we have a clear picture of the support we are providing for this vulnerable cohort.
