About the Team:

About the Role:

The role is for a Contract and Procurement Officer who will assist with implementing procurement strategies on a range of projects and contracts of varying values. You will assist with ensuring best practice is adopted; and demonstrate an understanding of housing maintenance and the construction market. The role also involves the administration of procurement activity through a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for Resident Services. 

The post holder will work under the direction of the Contract and Procurement Manager. You will ensure effective monitoring of contracts, monitor performance against service specification outcomes, maintain management information systems and assist with drafting regular reports, briefing notes and business cases as appropriate.
