About the Team:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our lively, passionate, and welcoming team. The role is to ensure the Borough is Compliant in their gas safety.  This is a team of four members who all have a dedicated area of the Borough that they are responsible for. 

 

About the Role:

 

The Gas Compliance Officer role is a crucial role in Lambeth’s Compliance Team. The post holder will bring proven front-line experience of working with teams within the Organisation and within a team of four. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to act as the lead point of contact for issues relating to gas servicing in a particular housing area. The Officer will be responsible for attending court on behalf of the Council under delegated duty to obtain warrants for gas entry.

 

To be considered for interview, your CV and supporting statement will clearly evidence:

  • A working knowledge of computer software applications – at least Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required
  • Proven suitable experience and knowledge a field of work closely related to Gas Compliance
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Working with customers, stakeholders, Members, Colleagues
  • Ensuring Compliancy is always maintained.
