About the Role:
You will lead a committed team working at the heart of family support and child protection, driving high-quality practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring children and families receive the care and protection they deserve.
You will offer guidance to social workers on CIN/CP cases , PLO cases and cases in court proceedings.
