What You’ll Be Doing
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone ready to kickstart their career in pensions. You’ll be part of our Pension Administration Team, helping to provide the best-in-class service to scheme members of the Kent Pension Fund.
Your day-to-day will include:
Handling a variety of administration tasks for members joining, leaving, or currently in Kent Pension Fund
Using systems like Altair to process casework (some involving financial data)
Communicating with customers and external organisations via phone, letter and email
Providing excellent customer service with sensitivity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need pensions experience – just a willingness to learn about pensions and a great attitude! We’re looking for people who are:
Organised and able to prioritise
Clear communicators and customer focused
Flexible and team-oriented
Confident with IT (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualified to GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Maths and English (or equivalent)
