What are we looking for?
You don’t need to know everything from day one. What’s really important is that you’re organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
You’ll need:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
Confidence in dealing with queries and finding solutions
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A Level 2 qualification in Administration or equivalent.

Why join us?

Business Support plays an important part in helping our Children's Services teams run effectively. You'll be joining a friendly service where your organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference.
