This post will be required to provide innovative and effective, negotiated learning experiences which enable learners to meet their goals within an inclusive environment that supports all individuals face to face in center and online.
The post holder will be
Educated to degree level
L4/5 Teaching qualification
L4/5 Subject specialist qualification
Professional CPD
Experience of teaching English, Maths, ESOL or Independent Living Skills
Experience of developing high quality individual learning plans
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
