About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Performance & Data Team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you’ll be primarily working on delivering high-quality data analysis, dashboards, and statutory reporting to support Children’s Services, with a focus on Early Help and the Family First Partnership Programme.

You’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and improve outcomes for children and young people. Working closely with service leads and partners, you’ll develop and maintain Power BI reports, ensure strong data quality and governance, and contribute to performance monitoring and inspection readiness.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical expertise in data modelling, reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL, and stakeholder engagement, while building your influence in shaping how data is used strategically across the service.

About The Team You’ll Be Working In

You will be working in the Performance and Data Team with responsibility for providing data to Children’s services, with particular emphasis on the analysis of complex datasets from internal and external partners, systems and databases. You’ll be working with Data Leads and frontline colleagues to provide usable data and insight.

About You

2. You’re comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders and can explain data and insights in a clear, practical way.

3. You have experience working with data tools such as SQL and reporting platforms like Power BI (or similar) and are keen to continue developing your technical skills.

4. You’re confident working with data from multiple sources and supporting the creation of reports, dashboards and datasets that meet user needs.

5. You take pride in data quality and understand the importance of accurate, timely and well-governed information.

6. Experience within social care, education or the public sector is helpful, but not essential.

7. We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Hounslow House office.
