About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Housing Performance/Improvement Team as a Housing Performance Assistant. In this role you have excellent IT skills and are highly organised to deal with multiple tasks on a daily basis. You enjoy working with quantitative and qualitative data to understand the service behind it, making suggestions for service improvements. You proactively quality check data, putting measures in place to routinely ensure high levels of data integrity are achieved.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
• You work collaboratively with others to avoid duplication of effort, assisting to implement system change as required.
• You are supported by your manager but are proactive in reviewing and evaluating your own performance and acting on your own initiative to improve and develop.
• Work in a person-centred way, to understand the impact a procedural change may have on service delivery, identifying unintended consequences (positive and negative) and monitoring the impact of change.
